Orffder
Anatolian Orff-Schulwerk Association - Orffder; is a civil society organisation that considers itself responsible for ensuring quality music education reaches everyone in our country.
Orffder was established by qualified educators and academics who have received long-term training in the field of Orff-Schulwerk® abroad. It conducts activities with the voluntary and dedicated contributions of experienced educators and academics in the field.
Orffder is among the few associations and institutions that have been established based on the criteria established by the Carl Orff Foundation (Carl-Orff-Stiftung), which was established by the will of the famous German composer Carl Orff and is highly respected in the international arena, and has received an international quality licence, and is the only association in Turkey to have received this licence. Orffder is also a member of the Orff-Schulwerk Forum Salzburg, where international Orff-Schulwerk® associations interact.

Senem Krispler
Senem Krispler received cello and piano training at Ankara Anatolian Fine Arts High School from 1996 to 2000. She graduated from the Department of Music Education at Gazi University in 2005 and completed a master's program in educational sciences at the same university. In 2008, she completed the British Council Drama in EFL Teaching program, followed by the Kindermusik (online) program from the United States in 2011. In 2014, she published the book "Sihirli Keman" (Magical Violin) on violin teaching with Dr. Gülşah Sever. Senem Krispler and Z. Melis Milli published the books "Türk Müziği ile Orff-Schulwerk Uygulamaları" (Orff-Schulwerk Applications with Turkish Music) in 2017, "Hikayelerle Orff-Schulwerk" (Orff-Schulwerk with Stories) in 2018, and "Temalarla Orff-Schulwerk" (Orff-Schulwerk with Themes) in 2019. She completed the Special Course at the Mozarteum University Orff Institute in 2019 and the Music and Dance in Social Services and Integrative Education program in 2020. In November 2021, she completed the Music Together program, and in 2022, she graduated from the master's program in music and movement pedagogy at the Mozarteum University Orff Institute in Austria. Senem Krispler composes children's songs and instrumental pieces using the Orff Approach and Turkish Music. She works as a music educator at Salzburg Music Together.

Doç. Dr. Başak Gorgoretti
Received music education at Izmir Ankara Anatolian High School of Fine Arts , both studying cello and piano. She graduated from the Department of Music Education also completed her master's degree and Ph.D. in Music Education at Gazi University. .Between 1999 and 2008, she worked as a music teacher in middle schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education. In 2008, she began her academic career as a faculty member in the Music Education Program at Eastern Mediterranean University, Northern Cyprus. In 2009, she attended the Elementary Music and Dance Pedagogy-Orff-Schulwerk International Summer School organized by the Salzburg Orff Institute at the Mozarteum University. In 2010, she received academic English education at Cambridge University with a scholarship from the European Union. In 2018, she served as the secretary-general at the 33rd World Conference of the International Society for Music Education. She was appointed associate professor in 2020. In 2021, she participated in the "Teaching Practice with Mentoring" training organized by Orffder. She has publications on music education in numerous national and international academic journals and currently teaches in the Music Education program at Eastern Mediterranean University in Northern Cyprus.

Emine Yaprak Kotzian
Emine Yaprak Kotzian completed her undergraduate studies in musicology and vocal training at Istanbul Yildiz Technical University, and she completed her postgraduate education in Elemental Music and Movement Education at the Salzburg Mozarteum University Orff Institute. She is a faculty member in the Department of Elementary Music Pedagogy at the Nuremberg University of Music. She provides teacher training in various countries, primarily in Germany. She is a co-author of "Musik und Tanz für Kinder," a standard pedagogical resource in Germany and German speaking countries. In 2019, her book "Orff-Schulwerk Handbook: Principles of Elemental Music and Movement Pedagogy" was published by Schott Verlag in both German and English. The same book was published in Turkey under the title "Orff-Schulwerk: Elementer Müzik ve Hareket Pedagojisinin Temelleri" by Pan Yayıncılık. She is the editor of the bilingual journal "Orff® - Arts and Education," published by Schott Verlag. She is a founding member of Orffder and serves as the chief editor of “Orffdergi”.

Onur Erol
Onur Erol graduated from the Department of Music Education at Marmara University in 1998. In 2001, he began his career as a music teacher at Özel Alev Okulları. He founded the "Kendin Yap Kendin Çal Atölyesi," where he produces Orff instruments and provides pedagogical instrument making workshops. He has conducted numerous practical seminars for educators in 30 different cities across Turkey.Erol has served as an instructor at international summer courses organized by the Mozarteum University Orff Institute in Salzburg and studied there for one year. He holds a "Train the Trainer" certificate from the Austrian Orff Schulwerk Forum and Orff Geselshaft, as well as an Orff Level-3 certificate from the San Francisco School in the United States.He has authored books such as "Karamela Sepeti," "Müzikolaj," "Şarkı Söyle Dans Et," "Kendin Yap Kendin Çal," and "Çikolata," and albums of children's songs with the same titles have been published. In 2015, he established the YouTube channel "Karamela Sepeti," which has 150,000 subscribers and features videos of children's songs he has written. Onur Erol currently works as an educator in the field of Orff-Schulwerk and produces content for children, families, and teachers.

Dr. Evrim Onay
Started her professional music education at Ankara Anatolian High School of Fine Arts both studying flute and piano. She completed barchelor in Music Education at Gazi University, master's and Ph.D programs at Institute of Educational Sciences. Since 1998, she specialized in early childhood music education by participating in numerous national and international education and workshops focusing on various pedagogies like Creative Drama, Kodaly and Orff-Schulwerk. Also she is an author and editor to various articles, books and teaching programs. She began her career in music education within the Ministry of National Education (MEB) in 2001, teaching in various types of schools and age groups, including Fine Arts High Schools. Furthermore, from 2017 to 2019, she taught "Music Education" and "Music Education in Early Childhood" lessons at Ankara University, and since 2019, she has been teaching these courses at TED University. Additionally, she provides flute, piano, music and movement education for different age groups as well as teacher training

Dr. Gülin Öziskender Flinn
Dr. Gülin Öziskender Flinn holds undergraduate degrees from the Department of Business Administration at Dokuz Eylül University and the Department of Music Education at Ondokuz Mayıs University, as well as master's and doctoral degrees in Music Education. She has participated in numerous training sessions, workshops, courses, and symposiums both domestically and internationally. At Ondokuz Mayıs University, Dr. Flinn has taught "Piano" and "Game, Dance, Music" courses in the Department of Music Education and conducted the Children's Choir. She has also directed the Children's Choir at the Samsun State Opera and Ballet. In the schools where she has worked as a music teacher, she has organized local and national projects with rhythm groups and choirs formed by her students, receiving awards for these endeavors. Dr. Flinn has provided training in in-service education courses organized by the Ministry of National Education. She organizes local and international concerts and projects with her piano students and prepares them for international festivals and the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) piano and music theory exams. In the United Kingdom, she is the founder of Perfect Pitch Piano Teaching School.

Ece Şentuna
Graduated from the Department of Music Education at Dokuz Eylül University Buca Faculty of Education in 2013. In 2014, she began her teaching career after being appointed by the Ministry of National Education to the Bayrampaşa district of Istanbul. From 2018 to 2020, she served as the coordinator of the project "Placement of Talented Children in Fine Arts High Schools and Universities" organized by the Bayrampaşa District Governorship. She conducted piano, music theory, and elementary music and dance classes as part of the project's educational program. During her tenure as the Head of the Music Department in Bayrampaşa District and Deputy Head of the Music Department in Istanbul Province from 2019 to 2021, she organized in-service seminars to inform her colleagues about Orff Schulwerk pedagogy. Since 2009, she has been receiving training and specializing in Orff Schulwerk Elementary Music and Dance Pedagogy and continues to plan the Ministry of National Education music curriculum in her classes according to Orff Schulwerk principles. She currently works as a Music Teacher at Üsküdar Research Development Education and Application Center High School.
